SYNOPSIS

notation  [ max_thickness | max_thickness strokes ]

DESCRIPTION

A linear pattern that resembles both written notation and the graphical garbage that comes out of some 1990s Epson laser printers when you truncate print jobs.

The options are as follows:

max_thickness	valid thickness values are whole numbers from 1 to 50.
max_thickness strokes	valid strokes values are whole numbers from 1 to 20.

EXAMPLES

notation  75 7

notation

In the first example, 7 notations with maximum thickness 75 are drawn. When no argument is given, 4 notations with a maximum thickness of 20 are drawn.

ORIGIN

Notation was written for Lexicon in 2002. It is based on code written in 2000.
