The award winning team of media artists named Transnational Temps
propose to produce a new ecologically oriented artwork that lets
people monitor the current status of the Earth's ozone. Modeled
after the SETI project (which enlists the processing power of
thousands of computers around the Internet to interpret
<messages> from space), this Ozone Watcher will use
up-to-the-minute data available from NASA to enlist the support of
people around the world to find ecologically intelligent life on
earth.
