Fossil Fuels Exempted from COP 28

Phasing out fossil fuels is no longer in the plans of world leaders. Former US vice president Al Gore criticized the draft resolution being developed in Dubai by world leaders as undermining the Paris Accord goal of limiting global warming to 1.5 degree C.
