Pollution Friendly Supreme Court Justices Lose Case

U.S. supreme court justices appointed by Texas oil men George H. W. and George W. Bush were over-ruled in a case involving the status of global warming pollutants emitted by cars. Scalia (Reagan), Thomas (Bush, Sr.), Alito (Bush), and Roberts (Bush) all endorsed the industry friendly idea that the Environmental Protection Agency has no business regulating greenhouse gas emissions.
